Daily mobility is important to keep your body moving especially as we age. I had a brain aneurysm on Easter April 4 - 2021, survived and 8 months later was diagnosed with breast cancer Dec 1 -2022. I had 2 surgeries to remove it and 19 radiation treatments, lost full mobility of my arm and got it back just doing mobility stretching, so it does work if you do the work.I hope to inspire you all to just keep moving everyday.
