So I've looked at your forms and you want to be my submissive? You want to be enslaved by me, do you? Strange that you are incapable of filling out a form properly. If you can't even do that, why should I pick you? The biggest problem, of course, isn't your form-filling skills, the biggest problem is who, and what you are. Everybody knows that cis, het men are undesirable, and usually the most useless of slaves, but perhaps there can be a place for you if you try hard.
