Bella is the new girl at the restaurant and it's Nicky, the manager's job to start the training process. He has her change into her new uniform (in front of him) then explained to her that in order to be effective at the job, she will occasionally need to lift and carry heavy objects. Almost at random, Nicky rapidly undresses down to his underwear, completely catching Bella off guard. He has her brace herself, then swiftly jumps into her arms and clarifies that he will use himself to test her mettle. He continues to have her lift and carry him in different ways, always stressing the importance of over-preparing and how his training is what makes their establishment special. She continues to reluctantly play along, as he then takes her through positions to pin and hold him in. He discusses the unfortunate circumstance where some customers get unruly and she may need to get physical and restrain them. Then he tells her the best way to calm a rowdy patron down is by beating them off.
