Aunty Sandra is your normal everyday aunty and grandmother who has been wearing girdles, corsets, and fully fashioned stockings all her life. Introduced to stockings at an early age by her mother. Aunty Sandra has a very large collection of girdles, corsets, waspie’s and other foundation garments, and always wears them with classic fully fashioned stockings. Not many people really know what fully-fashioned stockings are, and think any stocking with a back seam or even line is a fully Fashioned stocking. It’s not. Aunty Sandra has a collection of over 100 pairs of vintage nylons, some RHT, some Fully Fashioned, some just old vintage nylons. DuPont changed everything when it invented Nylon in 1935, and by 1940, stockings were being produced with this new material. Aunty Sandra has stockings Pre 1940 and post-1940, with many still in their original boxes.
