One look at Slick Rick and it's obvious the man is unhinged. He's a crazed scientist who doesn't know where the moral and ethical lines are and he won't stop in his torment of a trapped tickle subject like Matt. The poor guy endures so much, his big belly jiggling, his bare feet flopping around, crying out and giggling like crazy while the crazed scientists plays with him and explores his most tender spots with all the tools and toys he has.
