I have no words how much I love work out and it's a passion in my life and was all over since I now my mind. I have done a sharp and tough legs and ass workout session before and I just add a 15 minutes upper body toned arms workout just like a little extra. I'm already pouring sweat and the proof is my shiny perspiration body and soaked yoga pants. I turn on a great music in the background and grab my dumbells. I do different upper body exercises standing and down on the floor all very various and effective. I do plank, some pilates and teasing you a lot with some dance, yoga pants ass, lot of armpits, sweat, bare ass and with a great additional workout session.
